Well, last night was not too bad. I didn't eat lunch. We had fijita's for dinner with a few beans. But I also ate some chips and queso. Came hone and ate one piece of 4 layer dessert. I didn't get to exercise yesterday because my back has really been hurting. I will try to do that today. I'm not really counting calories - I'm just trying not to eat between meals or while I'm cooking. That should help a lot along with exercising.
Now for day two!

You did better than me yesterday! :) I have to count calories because otherwise I eat way too much at mealtimes.
