Last night's dinner consisted of boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce and French Bread. I ate way too much bread. I also ate one helping of 4-layer dessert.

Today I had a half bowl of oatmeal and half an english muffin for breatkfast. For lunch I just had a deli turkey, roast beef and provoloni on pumpernickle sandwich. Also 1 piece of chocolate candy. There's that candy again. It is almost gone! Yeh!!

Saturday morning I had an omlet with toasted biscuit. For lunch I had a small deli turkey, roast beef and provoloni cheese sandwichon pumpernickle bread. For dinner I had leftover fried chicken thigh, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese casserole and dressing. However, I had chocolate covered peanuts and popcorn - too much of it. Still not able to exercise because of back problems. Maybe Sunday.

Oh it is Sunday. I had hashbrowned potatoes with poached egg on top and an english muffin. I have also had two pieces of chocolate candy. Man, I've got to get rid of the candy! I will try to have a decent dinner.

Well, last night was not too bad. I didn't eat lunch. We had fijita's for dinner with a few beans. But I also ate some chips and queso. Came hone and ate one piece of 4 layer dessert. I didn't get to exercise yesterday because my back has really been hurting. I will try to do that today. I'm not really counting calories - I'm just trying not to eat between meals or while I'm cooking. That should help a lot along with exercising.

Now for day two!

Friday Morning 12/26/08

This morning I had 2 slices of bacon, drained fried egg, 1 toasted biscuit with non-sugar jelly and a banana/blueberry/yogurt smoothie. Not too bad
Ok! I have started my blog. How about that?! Check up on me too. I am ready to start!
