Saturday morning I had an omlet with toasted biscuit. For lunch I had a small deli turkey, roast beef and provoloni cheese sandwichon pumpernickle bread. For dinner I had leftover fried chicken thigh, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese casserole and dressing. However, I had chocolate covered peanuts and popcorn - too much of it. Still not able to exercise because of back problems. Maybe Sunday.
Oh it is Sunday. I had hashbrowned potatoes with poached egg on top and an english muffin. I have also had two pieces of chocolate candy. Man, I've got to get rid of the candy! I will try to have a decent dinner.

I hear you about the chocolate candy. We really don't have a lot of it, but there's always something sweet to eat around here (even if I got rid of the chocolate). And I have such a sweet tooth that I'm not sure I can give it up altogether. I've eaten it in moderation before and it was great...it's just getting to that point again where I can set aside a small amount and not eat more than that. Getting into a routine is the hardest part!!
